I provided proof for each of my claims to Mr. In my case, I was simply prompted to pay my renewal costs.I thought that it might be a technical error as when I signed in to the website versus signing in on the iPic app, my ticket count was (and still is) inaccurate. I reviewed iPics policy and it outlines that tickets are meant to be kept from they day they are reachedit is only if you do not meet the threshold by the renewal date that you lose your ticket count. On July 16, 2022, my account had been reset to 0 and only showed as Platinum. Before my renewal, my membership upgraded to Platinum Elite and I had 3 tickets already counted toward my 2022-2023 membership (where my minimum ticket count is 50 tickets). I was a Platinum member at the time and purchased 28 tickets by my July 2022 renewal date. I met my membership ticket threshold for 2021-2022. I spoke with the ************* Manager about my membership tickets.
